Corner Pieces
Corner Pieces also known as Angle Edgeboards are pallet stabilisation products used for the stabilisation of pallets during the transit phases as well as strengthening pallets and allows double stacking. They can also be placed into cartons to increase the strength of boxes. Azapak can manufacture and provide high volumes in a short space of time with lead times ranging from 5 - 7 working days. We offer non branded corner pieces (white or brown) as well as branded corner pieces with logos or solid colours.
Notching
Notched corner pieces are made into flexible edge protection for cylindrical objects like metal reels, paper, drums and tobacco bales.
Top Decks
Corner Pieces can be mitred which allows the pallet to be secured further with strapping and placed on the pallet.
Layer Pads
Layer Pads (between 300 to 600gsm) are strong warp resistant pads that is used for use of protective transit packaging for Industries such as Canning, Car Parts as well as Flour and Mealie Meal.
SFK is manfuactured using Kraft paper and is manufactured in large reels for the Industrial Sector. SFK is used for the protective packaging of Furniture, Car Parts, Glass bottles and many other purposes including the lining of floors and walls within the Film Industry.
Riffel
Riffel is manufactured by using an imported light grammage virgin grade paper. Riffel is used to act as Shock Absorbers for Grapes and is protective packaging for in-transit transportation of Grapes.
MAM Sheets are used within the Grape Industry for the transport of Grapes during the export transit phase.
Tissue Reams are manufactured using imported virgin grade MG CAP paper. Tissue reams are used in the Retail and Industrial sectors for shoes, furniture and other retail products.
Wrappers are manufactured using imported virgin grade MG CAP paper. There are various wrapper sizes which caters for different variants of citrus fruits that are then individually wrapped in the wrapper and packaged for export. Azapak can provide both plain (white) and Customised Branded wrappers.
Twisties ™ is a an exclusive Azapak Product. The Twisties can be used in multiple applications to secure the paper bags on the trees for Pomegranates or used to close bags.
Azapak Paper bags are manufactured in both Kraft and White Paper options. There are Aralar / Polycoat bags manufactured for the grape and pomegrante market as well as greaseproof paper bags for the Food Industry.
AzaFresh Absorbent Tray Liners is used for Fish, Meat and Poultry Packaging. AzaFresh Tray Liners are easily adaptabile to current packaging standards and is a cost-effective absorption solution for the FMCG Industry. Absorbent meat pads and absorbent pads for seafood and poultry are available in a range of colours, absorption levels, shapes and sizes to suit all applications. Single-sided or double-sided pads are available.
AzaFresh Berry Liners are used for Berry Packaging and Soft Fruit Packaging. AzaFresh Berry Liners can be made according to customer specifications and are available in a range of colours.
